- Provides overall strategic planning and structuring advice for new developments and work-outs, and provides on-going project management; and multi-use, multi-family and single-family loan underwriting services.
- Provides comprehensive systems development for affordable housing departments including the development of polices and procedures, underwriting guidelines and template RFQ/Ps; able to run competitive solicitation processes.
- Clients include cities, counties and consortiums.
- Works with disposition and asset management staff of city and county redevelopment and housing agencies
- Provides asset and portfolio analysis and the development of work-out and re-financing strategies.
- Provides comprehensive systems development for the long-term management of affordable housing loan portfolios.
- Clients include city redevelopment agencies, and city and county affordable housing departments.
